Michael M. Neeki, DO, MS, FACEP, FAME

Dr. Michael Neeki is the chief medical officer for San Bernardino County Probation Department. As the medical director of the San Bernardino County Youth Detention Center and an emergency physician at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC), Dr. Neeki has personally seen the devastating effects of opioid use disorder (OUD) on the youth population. Dr. Neeki leads the SBCYOR coalition, where he is passionate and dedicated in the fight against OUD in San Bernardino County. He has been an active leader in the Inland Empire Opioid Crisis Coalition (IEOCC).

Carol Lee, MD, FACEP, FAAEM, FAME

Dr. Carol Lee is an emergency physician at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. She leads the California Bridge program at ARMC which provides access to OUD treatment with buprenorphine and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) in San Bernardino County. She is a board certified physician in Addiction Medicine. She is also the Emergency Medicine residency program director, where she trains next-generation physicians in the fight against OUD. She has been an active leader in the Inland Empire Opioid Crisis Coalition (IEOCC).

Michael Sequeira, MD, FACEP

Dr. Michael Sequeira is an emergency physician at St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. Dr. Sequeira leads the California Bridge program at St. Mary which provides access to OUD treatment with buprenorphine and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to patients in the High Desert region. He has been an active leader in the Inland Empire Opioid Crisis Coalition (IEOCC).

Rodney Borger, MD, FACEP

Dr. Rodney Borger is the medical director of the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) Emergency Department and related outpatient clinics. He is also an emergency physician at ARMC. He is dedicated to the fight against OUD with buprenorphine and MAT.

Benjamin Archambeau, DO

Dr. Benjamin Archambeau is an emergency physician at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Dr. Archambeau serves as the associate medical director of SBCYOR, and is a member of the steering committee. He has been an active educator of the naloxone program for regional law enforcement agencies. He is a champion of the California Bridge program at ARMC which provides access to OUD treatment with buprenorphine and medication-assisted treatment (MAT)  in San Bernardino County.

Louis Tran, MD, FACEP

Dr. Louis Tran is an emergency physician at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. He is a champion of the California Bridge program at ARMC which provides access to OUD treatment with buprenorphine and medication-assisted treatment (MAT)  in San Bernardino County. He has been an active leader in the Inland Empire Opioid Crisis Coalition (IEOCC).

Jeffrey Haga, DO

Dr. Jeffrey Haga is the medical director for the San Bernardino Sheriff Department Detention Centers. Dr. Haga is also the medical director for YOR expansion program in the West Valley Detention Center. He has been a passionate and outspoken advocate for the implementation of OUD treatment with MAT for residents of the detention centers.

Kristy Roloff, DO, MS, MPH, FACOOG

Dr. Kristy Roloff is an obstetrician and maternal fetal medicine specialist at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Dr. Roloff has personally seen the devastating effects of OUD in pregnant women and their newborn babies. She has successfully utilized MAT in treating women with these high-risk pregnancies for several years.
